In fact we had it last nig...We love mac and cheese. In fact we had it last night for dinner. We cook 1 onion and 1-2 bacon rashers diced in a pan with 500ml of chicken stock. We cook that down till the chicken stock is all gone then add it to the pasta then add the cheese sauce.
